Code of Conduct

Over the past year, Cimpor has largely responded to recommendations made within its shareholder business model, ensuring that its compliance policies meet the diligence and discipline sought by the company. This is so done as the company aims to ensure the continuous soundness of its internal compliance policies, the terms of which can be seen most notably in the company's Code of Business Ethics, which is respected by the entirety of the CIMPOR human infrastructure.   

CIMPOR is therefore currently expanding the control procedures implemented to date, increasingly pledging its commitment to compliance where the company's mission, vision and values are concerned.

CIMPOR is fully committed to emphasise the importance of compliance. Corruption, bribery, competition law infringement,, and money laundering, amongst others, are strongly monitored by the company.
