Stowage

It is transported in truck mixers and placed in the application area by direct discharge or pumping.

COREBET is a colored concrete produced with pigments to obtain the desired shade. In addition to its aesthetic and decorative characteristics, it guarantees structural performance equivalent to ordinary concrete in terms of strength and durability.

Cement: CEM I and CEM II cements can be used. To obtain more intense colors white cement can be used.

Aggregates: The concrete is produced with aggregates selected in accordance with the specifications of Standard NP EN 12620.

Mineral Additions/Chemical Admixtures: Mineral additions suitable for concrete use are used, as well as a new generation of uniquely developed chemical admixtures that combine the binder with the aggregates used.

Pigments:

Pigments are used to obtain a wide range of colours.

  • In all types of reinforced concrete buildings.
  • In decorative elements and prefabricated parts.
  • For differentiation of zones in sidewalks.
  • Landscape enhancement of slopes and embankments.
  • Works of art and monuments.
  • Concrete must be placed properly;
  • No cold joints should be created when applying the concrete;
  • Appropriate protective precautions must be taken depending on the weather conditions after the concrete is applied;
  • The concrete must be protected against external factors, such as wind, cold, and intense heat, in order to prevent possible cracking;
  • Proper curing and maintenance of the concrete must be performed.

Compared to standard concrete:

  • No need to apply paint or other coatings
  • Enables unique and original architectural solutions
  • Reduces time of activities, means and execution on site.
