Masonry Mortar for brick, block and stone laying, both indoors and outdoors. For the assembly of walls meant to be rendered / covered.
  • 25 kg Bags;
  • 1600 kg Pallets (64 bags);
  • Bulk supply, with silos of capacity of approximately 30 ton (*).

Bagged: 1 year from the manufacturing date, if stored in a dry place on the unopened original package;

Bulk: 3 months after the date of unloading at the work silo (*).
(*) Only available in mainland Portugal

Dry formulation mortar, consisting of selected aggregates, hydraulic binders and additives.

  • Preparation of the surface
    • The bricks must be clean and free of any material which may impair adhesion;
    • The bricks shall be moist, but not wet, previous to mortar application.
  • Mixture
    • Add the amount of water indicated on the bag;
    • Thoroughly mix the added water to each bag.
  • Application
    • The mortar must be applied within 1 hour of mixing, and no further water may be added.
  • Do not apply in extreme temperatures: <5º C and >30º C;
  • It should not be applied to icy surfaces, and strong winds and intense sun exposure should be avoided;
  • Do not add other products;
  • Avoid breathing dust and contact with skin and/or eyes;

  • Compressive strength (N/mm2): ≥ 10
  • Capillary water absorption [kg/(m2.min0,5)]: ≤0,95
  • Hardened density (kg/m3) 1950 ± 200
