Cimpor adopts an ethical, transparent and respectful attitude in its relations with peers, as well as in dealings with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.
Based on the principles of management and aligned with the Group's values InterCement / Camargo Corrêa, our Code of Business Conduct sets out the basis of the culture of Cimpor, for all regions where it operates, and reflects the standards of behavior expected of all Group employees.
In all its business with these partners, InterCement places emphasis on technical and financial quality and reliability, a positive cost-benefit ratio and integrity in negotiations, in relation to the environment, legislation and commercial, social and contractual rights.
A direct, independent and confidential communication channel to deal with complaints, comments, suggestions and denouncements in relation to the Code of Conduct, managed by an external consultancy firm.
